Video surveillance of a site is regulated. The perimeter of your site may be filmed; public roads and neighbouring properties may not. Together with you, we define the detection zones, the privacy masking required and the mandatory signage.
Data is hosted on private servers in France, with limited retention periods and full access logging.
If you are inspected, you have everything required: a processing register, information signs and mandatory notices. This is also what makes your footage usable by your insurer and by the authorities.

What we are asked most often.
Does the site need a power supply?
No. The tower runs on a lithium battery with solar top-up. It is self-sufficient from the moment it is set down, even on bare land with no connection at all.
What actually happens in the event of an intrusion?

At the same time, an alert goes to you and to the monitoring centre of our approved partner, which carries out alarm verification and decides whether a response is needed.
Am I allowed to film my site?
Yes, within the perimeter you are responsible for. Public roads and neighbouring properties must not be filmed. We configure the necessary masking at installation and supply the mandatory signage. If employees are likely to be filmed, they must be informed beforehand.
How long does it take to be up and running?
Once the quote is approved, a tower can be deployed quickly: we deliver, position and configure the equipment on site. The exact lead time depends on your site layout and on availability, and is confirmed during the site survey.
How much does it cost?

Is CELEO a remote monitoring company?
No. CELEO is a video-surveillance equipment rental company. Remote monitoring and alarm verification, which are regulated activities, are provided by a CNAPS-approved operator we work with. This separation is deliberate and gives you a clear legal framework.
